How do I check in?

Check-in is completely contactless. At 10am the day of your arrival, you’ll receive your room number and a unique door code via text or email (after completing the online ID verification).

Do I need to stop by a front desk?

Nope! While we have staff on site, our front desk is not fully manned - just use your code to access the building, your room, and shared areas. You’re good to go.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. Need extra time? Early check-in and Late check-out may be available for an additional fee dependent on availability - just ask!

What if I don’t complete the online check-in?

You must complete the ID verification and registration form before arrival to receive your access code. Without it, we won’t be able to send you your room number or unlock access.

Is there parking on site?

Yes - we offer free on-site gated parking in front of the rooms.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Absolutely. Every room includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

What amenities are included in the room?

All rooms feature a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and desk area. Our Studio Suites also include kitchenettes with a cooktop and extra seating.

Do you offer housekeeping during my stay?

For extended stays, we provide a complimentary refresh once every 30 days. Guests can also request a full clean at any time for an additional fee.
